PAUL KOVAL of RIFLE & REEL ADVENTURES, has had a long history of hunting and fishing traditions.  Raised in Western Pennsylvania in the old school methodology of hunting for substinence, training for precision, enjoying family time, and practice, practice, practice, Paul brings his talents and training to you and your outdoor experience.

Paul is Past President of the Frederick Chapter of the Izaak Walton League of America and resides in Frederick County Maryland with his wife and their four daughters.
